Administration
Human Resources Assistant
Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties, including but not limited to departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and employment. High level of maturity regarding handling of confidential information.
Other duties may be assigned.
Receptionist
Operates a multiline telephone system for incoming, outgoing, and interoffice telephone calls. Direct callers to appropriate personnel. Performs clerical duties as needed with good computer skills, including but not limited to operating a copier/scanner. A professional approach, appearance and manner must be projected in any situation.

Accounting Clerk
Supports accounting operations by handling accounts payable by ensuring invoice and packing slip files are complete, filing documents, and reconciling statements and by assisting Controller/Accountant, as necessary. Other duties may be assigned.
Human Resources Administrator
Responsible for administering and directing the Human Resources Activities, reporting, and processing of employees and their benefits. This includes processing payroll. In addition, responsible for providing top management with special job costing reports and for reporting department target goals. Other duties may be assigned.
Senior Staff Assistant
This position will perform a wide variety of office, clerical and receptionist duties of moderate complexity with little or no supervision Varied in nature and must be able to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, assorted document preparation and administrative duties in support of the manufacturing operation and have excellent written and verbal communications skills in addition to proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
